Holden Fold Dressage & Stud is run by husband & wife team Brian & Angela Crane a partnership spanning almost 20 years.

Brian grew up on the family livestock farm,breeding & rearing horses.sheep & cattle a way of life.

On leaving school he successfully ran his own milk round until while accompanying his wife on one her trips into europe he noticed how far ahead our european counterparts were in the use of AI technology, breeding practices, semen processing & distributing to name but a few of the complex areas related to the horse breeding industry , this was the start of drastic developements to take place at Holden Fold Dressage & Stud.

Angela's life took a more conventional path ,one of five children she rode from a very young age ,after qualifying as a trained a nurse she quickly returned to her passion horses & to develop her skills as a professional equestrian athlete.

Currently a successful Inernational Grand Prix Rider for her native Ireland she has winnings at international level & is a British Dressage level 1 rider the highest ranking a rider can acheive in the UK,she works alongsid her husband.

Brian & Angela together with a team of dedicated grooms & riders follow a vision to continue to produce the highest level of service equal to that of our european neighbours for the clients of Holden Fold Dressage & Stud be it breeders/people looking for top class training or to buy a horse for themselves or simply clients looking for somehere to enjoy their horse in a balanced well organised pleasant setting.
